When the call is an active loss
Five kinds of emergency, one crew
- 01Water damage restoration
Burst pipes, roof leaks, failed appliances and storm water. Extraction first, then the structure itself gets dried out.
- 02Fire and smoke damage restoration
Soot cleaned and deodorised rather than masked, the water the fire department left behind dealt with, and the room rebuilt.
- 03Mold remediation
Containment and negative air before anything is disturbed, then the moisture source that grew it is actually found.
- 04Storm and flood clean-up
Board-up and tarping in the first hours, then debris, tree removal and category three water rules where they apply.
- 05Sewage and biohazard clean-up
Contaminated porous material comes out rather than getting cleaned, disinfected under protocol, handled with discretion.

After the emergency is over
Rebuild, scale and the paperwork
Moisture mapping a whole building, industrial dehumidification and ducting, and a schedule built around keeping the business trading.

These five run alongside every water, fire, mold, storm and sewage job we take on, and some of them stand on their own.
Emergency board-up
When a fire, storm or break-in leaves a building open to the weather, board-up goes on before anything else does. Crews reach the property inside the same one hour target as every other emergency call, secure broken windows, doors and roof openings, and document the damage on arrival so the assessment and the insurance record start from the same photographs.
Asbestos removal
A lot of the housing stock we work in across Rhode Island predates 1989 by decades, and older tile, insulation and flooring can carry asbestos. As a licensed asbestos abatement contractor, we test before demolition rather than after, remove and dispose of confirmed material under containment, and run post removal air quality testing before anyone reopens the space.
Personal property restoration and storage
Furniture, textiles and electronics that survive a loss still need to get out of a wet or smoke filled building fast. We pack out what is salvageable, clean fabrics and upholstery with ultrasonic systems where they help, deodorise what smoke has touched, and hold everything in secure storage until the room it came from is ready.
Dumpster rental and disposal
Every gut job produces debris, and most homeowners have nowhere to put it. We bring 15 and 20 yard dumpsters straight to the property for the demolition we generate, and the same rental is available on its own for a residential, commercial or construction cleanout that has nothing to do with a loss.
The Decorating Center
Once a room is framed and dry, our in-house Decorating Center lays it out in CAD before a single material order goes in. It carries Shaw flooring, Dal-Tile, Fieldcrest and Merillat cabinetry and Hunter Douglas window treatments, chosen and installed by the same company that opened the wall up, so the finish matches work like the shower pictured below without a second contractor.
