Clean Care of New England · Warwick, RI · since 1989

Water, fire and mold damage in Rhode Island, and a Clean Care crew at your door inside the hour.

Thirty five years of putting Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut buildings back together. Open twenty four hours. We bring the drying equipment, the certifications and the paperwork your insurer is going to ask for.

What we are looking at

A fire loss, read the way we read it on arrival

This is a real Clean Care job in Rhode Island. Before a single piece of equipment is placed, somebody walks the room and writes down what actually happened to the building. Take the marks in turn.

And the rest of it

One number, whatever shape the loss turns up in

Clean Care has run the emergency side and the rebuild side of the same company since 1989. That is the whole point of calling one contractor.

01 · Nick Pullano and his crew

Sewer flood, four basement rooms

Clean Care responded to a sewer flood in our home and Nick Pullano and his crew spent hours removing the water late into the night. Over the next few months Clean Care completely redid four basement rooms in a timely and competent manner. All of their contractors were responsible, professional and did excellent work. Our furniture that was salvageable was taken to storage and returned in excellent condition. Nick was responsive to all our questions and requests and did an excellent job managing the entire project. We were obviously stressed with the situation and his positive communication alleviated some of that stress. We highly recommend Clean Care of New England.

02 · Nick G. and Chris

Basement mold, assessed and remediated

Nick G, came to the house to do an assessment. He found mold and walked us through the process of removal. Chris and his crew were very respectful, and they did a fantastic job in our basement. It looks so clean and smells decent again. Well, lol as much as a basement can. Thanks so much Nick G, Chris, and his wonderful crew!

03 · Start to finish, both times

Repeat flooding and severe mold

Clean Care is amazing! I've used them for basement flooding and severe mold damage (separate incidents). They came in and handled the projects start to finish, updating me every step of the way. Everything was completed quickly and was very reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. They made the uneasy burden of damage to my home a seamless process to repair. Highly recommend!

Air movers and drying ducting deployed across a high school gymnasium floor by Clean Care of New England

Large loss and commercial

A gymnasium dries on the same principles as a basement. There is just more of it.

Schools, offices, restaurants and apartment buildings. Moisture mapped across the whole footprint, industrial dehumidification and ducting run to where the water actually went, contents packed out and stored, and a schedule built around keeping you open.

How the hours run

What actually happens between your call and your room coming back

  1. Hour one

    Someone is there

The phone is answered by us around the clock, and we aim to have a crew at the property and working within sixty minutes. If the building has to be made safe first, that means board-up, tarping and temporary stabilisation before anything else.

  2. Day one

    Stop it spreading

Standing water comes out, contaminated material comes out, containment goes up and negative air goes on. Salvageable contents are packed out to storage. Everything is photographed and logged for the claim while it still looks the way it looks.

  3. The dry down

    Readings, not guesses

Air movers and dehumidifiers get placed against a moisture map, not scattered around the room. Readings are taken daily and the equipment stays until the structure reads dry. That is also the record your adjuster wants.

  4. The rebuild

    The room handed back

Framing, drywall, paint, flooring, tile and cabinetry are ours. Our Decorating Center lays the room out in CAD and carries Shaw flooring, Dal-Tile, Fieldcrest and Merillat cabinetry and Hunter Douglas window treatments, so you are not hiring a second contractor to finish what we opened up.

Before you call

The questions people ask us at two in the morning

We answer around the clock and aim to have a crew at the property and working within 60 minutes of the call. Warwick is the base, and the trucks run across Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.

Yes. Our project managers document the loss, talk to the adjuster directly and help file the claim. We are a preferred vendor for Nationwide, Narragansett Bay, Allstate, USAA, American Family, Liberty Mutual-Safeco and the Sedgwick Claims Network.

Make people safe first, and leave if the building is not safe to be in. Then call us. While you wait, stop the source if you can reach it safely and do not start pulling up materials or running your own fans — where water has already gone matters to the drying plan and to the claim.

Every technician holds IICRC certification, and most carry further specialised certifications in water damage, fire and smoke damage and applied structural drying. We are also a licensed asbestos abatement contractor.

Both. The same company that does the demolition and the drying does the rebuild, and our own Decorating Center handles the finishes — CAD layout plus Shaw flooring, Dal-Tile, Fieldcrest and Merillat cabinetry and Hunter Douglas window treatments. You are not hiring a second contractor to finish the room.

Mold is a moisture problem wearing a different face. We contain the area and run negative air before anything is disturbed, remove what cannot be cleaned, then find and fix the water source so it does not come back. Attics, crawlspaces and finished basements are the three we see most.

Yes. Large loss drying is its own service line: moisture mapping across a whole building, industrial dehumidification and ducting, content drying and storage, and keeping the business trading while the equipment runs.
