Documentation and communication, handled for you

What happens between your claim and your rebuild

A water or fire loss almost always means an insurance claim running alongside the actual repair work. Clean Care of New England has been locally and family owned in Warwick, Rhode Island since 1989, and its certified project managers document the damage, communicate directly with your adjuster and keep the paperwork moving while the restoration itself gets underway. What the policy covers and what the claim settles for are decisions your insurance company makes, not Clean Care.

The adjuster relationship

What a project manager actually does with your adjuster

Once Clean Care is on site, a certified project manager becomes the point of contact with your insurance adjuster for the scope of the restoration work, so you are not the one relaying moisture readings or explaining what a demolition crew found behind a wall. That communication covers the extent of the damage, the equipment and labor the job requires, and progress as the drying or rebuild moves forward.

The adjuster still makes the coverage determination and Clean Care does not speak for your insurer or promise what a claim will pay out. The project manager's job is to make sure the adjuster has an accurate, well documented picture of the loss to work from, whether the damage is from water or fire and smoke.

Captured on day one

The documentation an insurer needs, before anything is moved

Photographs, moisture meter readings and a written record of what was affected get captured on the first visit, before contents are moved or demolition starts. Once a wet wall has been opened up or a damaged carpet pulled out, that condition can no longer be documented, so the readings are taken and logged while the loss is still exactly as it was found.

Clean Care of New England technicians are IICRC certified and dispatch out of Warwick around the clock, aiming to be on site within one hour of the call, so that same-day documentation window is not lost while a crew is on the way.

Preferred vendor relationships

Carriers Clean Care already works with

Clean Care of New England is a preferred vendor for the following insurance programs, which means an established relationship and a familiar documentation process on claims through these carriers, not a guarantee of any particular outcome on your policy.

Working with a different carrier does not change how the job is documented. The same project manager process applies whether or not your insurer is on this list.

Paperwork, plainly

What you sign, and what stays between you and your insurer

What you sign with Clean Care is the authorization for the restoration work itself, the paperwork that lets a project manager begin documenting the loss and start talking to your adjuster about the scope of the job. It is not the insurance claim.

The claim, the coverage determination and any settlement are between you and your insurance company. Clean Care does not sign your policy paperwork, does not decide what is covered and does not stand in for legal or financial advice, its role is the documentation and the direct line to your adjuster while the restoration is underway.
